James Hunt, Esq

Mr. Hunt’s practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, consumer fraud litigation, casino and commercial collection law, and bankruptcy fraud matters. He has experience trying cases in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. Mr. Hunt has significant experience in litigating business disputes, defending against Consumer Fraud Act and fraud lawsuits, and business/partnership breakups. Mr. Hunt was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1999 and is also a member of the New York bar. Mr. Hunt attended Swarthmore College and Seton Hall University School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Nicholas H. Politan, United States District Court, District of New Jersey from 1999-2001. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Atlantic County Bar Association, and is admitted before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association and was named to the Top 40 Under 40 list in the Atlantic City region by the Atlantic City Weekly in 2010.
